1. General
This Consent forms an integral part of the public offer of Specter Cheats (the "Service") and governs automatic regular charges to the Buyer's bank card for extending the validity of a software product activation Key ("auto-renewal").
A recurring payment is an automatic repeat charge made without the Buyer entering card details again.
2. Turning on recurring payments
Auto-renewal is turned on only at the Buyer's choice, when paying for an order by bank card on spectercheats.com: the Buyer separately confirms consent to these terms. Without that confirmation the payment stays one-time.
By making the first payment and confirming consent to these terms, the Buyer instructs the payment provider to store a payment token for the card and use it for subsequent automatic charges.
The Service does not store card details. Payment data is processed by the payment provider and the acquiring bank under their own security rules.
3. Charge terms
Each charge equals the price of the chosen plan — product and Key duration — shown on the product page when auto-renewal was turned on, in Russian roubles. Charges recur at the interval of the chosen Key duration shown on the product page: for a 30-day Key, for example, once every 30 days.
The first charge is made when the order is placed. Subsequent charges are made automatically on the date the Key expires; after a successful charge the Key is extended for the next period.
There is no trial period for auto-renewal. The free trial key does not turn on auto-renewal and never results in a charge.
Auto-renewal stays active until the Buyer cancels it.
4. Notices
The price, charge interval, next payment date and how to cancel are shown to the Buyer before recurring payments are turned on — on the payment page and in this document.
The Buyer may be notified by email, at the address given at checkout, 1 day before the next charge.
5. Failed charges
If a charge fails because of insufficient funds, a blocked or expired card, or any other reason, the Key stops working at the end of the paid period and renewal is suspended.
The Service and/or the payment provider may retry the charge: no more than 3 retries within 3 days. If every retry fails, auto-renewal is turned off.
6. Cancelling recurring payments
The Buyer may cancel recurring payments at any time by any of these routes:
- opening a ticket in Support, quoting the order number or email address;
- writing on Telegram — @Specter_supp.
Cancellation stops all future automatic charges. The period already paid for runs until the Key expires.
7. Refunds
Refunds follow the public offer, the Refunds and key replacement document and applicable law.
If the Buyer believes a charge was made in error, they may contact support within 14 days of the charge. A charge made after auto-renewal was cancelled in time is refunded in full.
8. Changes to price and terms
The Service may change the price, interval or other auto-renewal terms, notifying the Buyer by email at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
A Buyer who does not accept the change may cancel auto-renewal before the next charge date.
