This Policy describes what user data the Specter Cheats website (the "Service") collects, how it is used, and what rights users have over it.
1. What we collect
- Email address — provided at checkout, used to deliver the activation key and to reply to support enquiries.
- Order data — product identifier, chosen duration, referral code applied, payment amount, order status, the key issued.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and operating system, referer, session identifier. Used to prevent abuse, in particular the free-trial limit.
- Anonymous analytics — on-site behaviour via Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics: pages viewed, time on page, traffic source.
The Service does not collect or store card details. All payments go through the PayPalych and Platega aggregators, which act as the data controllers for payment information.
2. Purpose of processing
- Performing the agreement: issuing and delivering the activation key.
- User support: answering tickets and enquiries.
- Preventing fraud and abuse of free trial keys.
- Improving the Service through anonymous analytics.
3. Data retention
Order data, including the email address and the keys issued, is kept for as long as the Service operates — this is what makes key re-issue and purchase history possible. On a reasoned request, a user's order data can be deleted; any active keys are revoked in the process.
4. Sharing with third parties
The Service does not share personal data with third parties, except where required by the law of the Russian Federation, and except for the minimum data passed to the payment aggregator to process a payment.
5. Cookies and analytics
The Service uses cookies for session identification and language settings, and the Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics scripts for anonymous statistics. Cookies can be disabled in the browser, in which case some functionality — purchase history, for example — becomes unavailable.
6. Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion. Send the request through Support, quoting the email address used at checkout.
7. Changes to this policy
The Service may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page.
