Support runs around the clock. Telegram is the fastest route; an on-site ticket is better when the enquiry needs an order number and a history attached.
Where to write
- On-site ticket — the Support section. The enquiry is tied to your order and the reply comes by email. Best for payment, key replacement and refund questions.
- Telegram, support — @Specter_supp. The quickest channel for installation and launch problems.
- Telegram, channel — SpecterCheatsChannel. Update announcements, product status, and notice when a product is down for an update.
- Discord — community server. Installation help, configuration talk, and other users.
Response times
Telegram replies usually arrive within 15 minutes. On-site tickets are handled within a few hours. Load is higher right after a major game patch, so replies can take longer — product status during those windows is posted in the Telegram channel.
What to include
To save a round of questions, include all of this up front:
- Order number — it is in the email with your key.
- Email address used for the purchase.
- Product and duration of the key.
- The error text — the exact code, or a screenshot of the loader window.
- Your Windows version in full, including the build number.
With those five, most cases are solved in a single message instead of half an hour of back and forth.
Before you write
Most launch problems are covered in the setup guide: antivirus left on, virtualization disabled in BIOS, missing Visual C++ and DirectX runtimes, FACEIT installed. If the product will not start, begin there — it is usually faster than waiting for a reply.
