This document is the public offer of Specter Cheats — the "Service", available at spectercheats.com — to any individual (the "Buyer") to enter into an agreement for the supply of a digital software activation key on the terms set out below.
Paying for an order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
1. Subject of the agreement
The Service undertakes to supply the Buyer with a unique digital activation key (the "Key") for the chosen software product, and the Buyer undertakes to pay the price shown on that product's page at the time the order is placed.
"Software product" means a set of software components distributed through the Service and intended to modify gameplay in computer games. The software product is an independent work and is not affiliated with the rights holders of the games concerned.
2. Placing an order
- The Buyer chooses a product and a Key duration on the product page.
- The Buyer provides a valid email address for delivery of the Key.
- The Buyer proceeds to payment and selects a payment method.
- Once payment succeeds, the order moves to "Paid", a unique Key is assigned to the Buyer, sent to the email address provided and shown on the payment success page.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown in Russian roubles on the product page and may include a seasonal discount, a referral-code discount or a promotional offer. The final amount, with every discount already applied, is shown before you reach the payment step. Payment is one-time: the Service uses no subscriptions and no automatic renewals.
Payments are processed by third-party aggregators — PayPalych (SBP) and Platega (bank cards and cryptocurrency). The Service does not process or store the Buyer's card details. Any complaint about the payment system goes to the aggregator directly.
4. Delivery of the digital product
The Key is delivered within a few minutes of payment to the email address given at checkout. It is also shown on the payment success page and remains available under "My keys" while the browser session is kept.
If the Key has not arrived within 30 minutes, check the spam folder and contact support.
5. Key validity period
The validity period is shown on the product page and runs from the first activation in the software, not from the moment of payment. Once it expires the Key stops working, and continued use requires a new Key.
6. Warranties and limitation of liability
The Service warrants that the software product works as described at the time of purchase, and undertakes to release updates promptly when the game environment or the anti-cheat changes. During an update the product may be temporarily unavailable — that is expected, not a fault.
The Buyer uses the software product at their own risk. Using gameplay modifications violates the terms of service of the games concerned and may lead to sanctions from their developers and publishers, including a ban on the game account.
No cheat offers a hundred per cent guarantee against a ban, and the Service does not offer one either. Private distribution, prompt updates and trace cleanup reduce the risk; they do not remove it. The Service accepts no liability for a ban on the Buyer's game account.
7. No transfer of the Key
The Buyer may not transfer, resell, publish or otherwise distribute the Key. If one Key is found in use on several devices or from several accounts, the Service may revoke it without a refund.

9. Changes to these terms
The Service may amend this offer unilaterally. Amendments take effect when the current version is published on this page.
